The things compliance and legal teams ask about most often when they review a training vendor.
Anyone holding a certificate number can check it against our records. No sign-in, no account, and no request to you.
Assign courses to your workforce through a managed organisation, or let people enrol individually. Both produce the same records.
Use your own logo, accent colour and catalogue layout. Once your domain is connected to Boardmarks, the platform is delivered entirely under your brand.
Set your portal's own language and give learners a course player interface in theirs. Course content itself is authored once, in English.
Every organisation is served from one managed instance. We confirm the hosting region in writing during onboarding and give notice before it changes.
Administrative actions are recorded with who did what and when. Managers and administrators can export the log for their own review.
A manager assigns courses to their team in bulk, or an individual enrols directly.
Lessons and examinations taken in their own time, with progress recorded automatically as they go.
On passing, the learner receives a certificate with a unique reference number, ready to present to an employer or regulator.
Managed-organisation courses are delivered at an organisation-specific link provided by your employer's compliance function. Please use that link rather than browsing here.
Every certificate carries a Certificate No., printed and ready to check without needing to sign in.
